Online Reservations Help

The reservation system allows you to make online reservations and request price quotations.

Accounts:
Accounts falls into two categories: Individual Account and Corporate Account.
Both types allow the main account holder to create multiple passenger accounts and decide whether to allow access to reservation making or not.
You may also securely provide a credit card number. For security, once card number is encrypted and saved only, the last 4 digits of the credit card are visible. If a change is required, the full credit card number must be provided.

Account Login:
User ID: must be unique across the whole system.
Password must be between 8 and 15 characters, contain at least one digit and one alphabetic character, and must not contain special characters.
We recommend you change your password every 90 days.

Reservations and Price Quotes
Availability is based on the number of hours a reservation request must be made in advance before it is accepted, for example: 6 hours in advance.; To make it easier for you to make faster reservations and price quotes, and track past history, creating a user account is highly recommended.

Any changes to the reservation after a confirmation is sent, may be subject to change (increase or decrease).

Enter all required information, then agree to the terms and click the Submit button.
After you submit the form, an email is sent of the reservation or price quote request. You may print a copy of the reservation or price quote and make a round trip.

Once a representative reviews the trip details, the representative will email you a confirmation with the charges.
